Terms of Service

By accessing or using any service provided by Almix (Almix LLC), including our website at https://almix.net and game hosting panel at https://panel.almix.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Almix provides game server hosting, VPS hosting, and related infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up-to-date. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host, distribute, or facilitate illegal content or activities
• Launch DDoS attacks, port scans, or other network abuse against any target
• Send spam, phishing emails, or other unsolicited communications
• Mine cryptocurrency without explicit written permission
• Resell or redistribute our services without prior written approval
• Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades performance for other customers

Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The free TTS (text-to-speech) tool available on our website uses your browser's built-in Web Speech API. No audio is sent to or processed by Almix servers. By using the TTS tool you agree not to generate audio for spam, harassment, impersonation, defamation, or any unlawful purpose. Almix is not responsible for how you use the generated audio.

Hosting services are billed in advance on the billing cycle you select. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for our hosting services. In the event of an outage attributable to Almix, we will provide service credits at our discretion. Credits are the sole remedy for downtime.

All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Almix or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to your game servers. By uploading content, you grant Almix a limited license to store and serve that content solely to provide the service.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALMIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
